Now I've know we've reached the point of no return in this country (vanity) HGTV: "Japanese-eco"???

Posted on 08/07/2009 8:34:15 PM PDT by tpanther

I'm watching a re-run for a minute, while O-Reilly (Laura Ingram filling in) is away on commericals, of the HGTV design star show...and this designer comes up with "Japanese-eco".

Can I get paid ga-zillions if I come up with one?

How about "popsicle stick red-neck"?

I bet I could make an entire room full of furniture if I had enough popsicles and super glue!

Liberals. It's bad enough they think they're saving the planet with this "re-purposing" insanity.

My mom used to like HGTV. She said it’s gone downhill in recent years. That ‘design star’ show is kinda lame.

Last December, there was an HGTV Christmas special where HGTV visited different HGTV hosts’ homes and Vern Yip had a bust of Lenin in his house. I couldn’t believe it!

Wow, with all of the really frightening things going on in this country, I thought it was asinine when people decried shallow celebrities as the downfall of our civilization. But an interior design show made you decide all hope was lost? That takes the cake.

I was making a funny, albeit a lame one, but I'm pretty tired here around midnight...so sue me.

I was watching Laura and now Hannity with Levin and thought it might be a good spot to take a breath and lighten up a little, I know I'm peeved at these liberals wrecking the country as fast as they can.

I was hoping no one would take me literally but there's always that risk in this medium...

Oh well.

Truly sorry I didn’t detect the irony, I’ve been conditioned by two many “Our country is doomed because of Hollywood gossip columns” posts that were in deadly earnest.

Apology accepted and it wasn’t entirely your fault...and you’re right about those kinds of posts, I’ve seen them too. I’m also dragging and not too sharp at the moment.

You know how you get giddy at the end of a long day?...well here I am watching the country circling the drain...the hypocrat thugs, the video beating of a conservative black man...

and I channel surf and break away only to get yet another liberal loon with this HGTV insanity! It’s as if we just can’t get away from liberals!

I need to go on a week long fishing trip, camp out on a secluded lakeshore...and I don’t even fish! :)
