Felipe Massa and his legal team have begun a legal process against the FIA & FOM regarding the 2008 F1 season, in which they believe the response to the 2008 Singapore GP Crashgate scandal was not dealt with properly – leading to Massa losing the title to Lewis Hamilton by just one point.
