McLaren is doing many things right, however tossing Danny Ric over the side made little sense.

Piastri is a good driver, but why not wait until Riccardo's contract was up and then make the switch? From Riccardo's history, he just might have caught the momentum and done quite well for the team.

I still like the team, but I do believe they made a tactical and public relations error, and fans have pretty long memories.
