You’re right, mate!

I don’t attend professional sports events anymore (no, not even the mighty All Blacks). Too expensive for the value you get. You get better (free) entertainment at the club level, one step below professional. Join a local club for about $100 per year, watch the game, have a brew with the team after the game in the clubhouse...

...that’s a great way to enjoy sports. $90 pizzas? $800K corporate boxes? Bah — that’s for pooftas.

Last big stadium I was in it was $6 a beer and $5 per slice. That $30 a six pack and $60 for 12 piece pizza a bit different than the sensationalized headline but that’s the MSM.
