You say that Orly’s actions will cause the records you desire to be placed under seal. They are not yet under seal. Are they? What makes you think that they will be under seal any time soon? Why can’t you submit your records request.
How do you know that? Orly is currently focused on getting the court to authenticate a Kenyan BC. Why will that affect Obama's Hawaiian records?
