. The Constitutional scholar, Ken, is saying that the two citizen parents Constitutional question will probably never be heard by a court. They seem sort of down for some reason. Ed has sent Orly a message breaking the bad news to her. Dunbar says her case before Judge Carter never depended on the fake Kenyan document.

If the question about "two citizen parents" ever does go the the SCOTUS, I think the ruling will be that "Any person born in United States, is a natural born citizen."

This is based on the Court's recognition of the 14th Amendment and Equal Protection Clause.
