Ya know, I wonder about the Kenyan b.c. It was requested and produced in 1964. COuld it be that Zero actually was born in Hawaii but his citizenship was British from his father? So several years later when he was adopted by an Indonesian man his b.c. would be required so Zero's mother requested a Kenyan b.c. to provide one for the adoption? Just wondering. It would make sense. It would mean that his family considered him British at that time.

I keep reading that the original was KF Lavendar but that subsequent copies were turned into EF Lavendar. However, when the docs are presented all I see is the EF.
