If the President is impeached or ruled ineligible or incapacitated such that he could no longer serve or dies (i.e. taken out of office for ANY reason); then the VICE PRESIDENT serves out the remainder of his term.

People don't have the same sort of hatred for Biden as they do 0. This could be a problem if 0 is removed from office and it's Biden vs. Palin in 2012. It would be a very close race, I think.

I don't “hate” either. I disagree with the policies of both. Moreover I don't think either is very Presidential (and I would actually rate Biden quite a bit lower on that scale than 0bama).

I think Palin would clean Biden’s clock; but I don't see that as EVER being a likely matchup.
