Thanks for your comments.
Please note I said “I believe” that Obama was born in Hawaii.
I have no documentation to back that up.
Fraud is always possible, of course, but in this case there are so many people involved, and so many government officials involved, I am not comfortable with that idea.
I think the issues you raise about his Kenyan family and his own mother are good ones, and I think they are compelling reasons for Obama to release his “Long Form” Hawaii birth certificate.
I have posted several times that in 1961 Obama’s mother could have obtained a “Long Form” Hawaii birth certificate by taking baby Obama to the Hawaii Registrar's Office, stating that he was born at home, on a certain date, and that no medical professionals were present.
The “Long Form” would contain that information, and, obviously, that would give some support to your conviction that Obama was born outside Hawaii.
The fact that Obama continues to block access to his “Long Form” makes both of us deeply suspicious that he is hiding something.
Here is what Gibbs is constantly sidestepping and he keeps distracting the W.H. press corp!!
The mother was underage to infer Barry's citizenship that then transfers to his father, a British Subject, and clearly making him a none NBC. Then we have all the other options that have been sealed - records, etc., - and Gibbs never touch them with a ten foot pole, so the SRM outlets are "kept" in total darkness of the real Constitutional crisis!!!
I would love to hear that conversation!
The “Natural Born Citizen” issue is relevant even if Obama was born in Hawaii.
The Constitution does not explicitly define what a NBC is.
However, there are multiple Supreme Court cases and Acts of Congress that clearly imply that “Natural Born” means BOTH parents must be USA citizens at the time of birth.
That would hold even if Obama was born in the USA.
The reason is simple...
The President of the United States must NEVER have divided loyalties.
Multiple court cases have been filed on this specific issue.
Most have been dismissed because the court says the plaintiff lacks “standing” to sue or the court lacks jurisdiction.
