Your scenario would not happen under our U.S. Constitution UNLESS they ran on the Democrat ticket.
Hmmm ... lots Repubs are turning a blind eye to the Constitution these days too. Pity that. We've been trying to return the GOP to its roots for years now. Let's face it: the GOP is half-way near as corrupt as the Democ's these days. Maybe this is the storm to turn things around; maybe not.

The Constitution is what gives SCOTUS their power. They need to enforce it! Obama is not a natural born citizen.
