Because we are not a military dictatorship. Because of the rule of law. Illegality, illegitimacy must be dealt with through constitutional channels. Removing Obama for having been ineligible rests with Congress or the Supreme Court, not with the Army. Do you not really understand this?

I’m Canadian so I don’t know all the ins and outs of how things are supposed to work (but I do try). That is why I am ASKING.
If he is not constitutionally permitted to be president then isn’t he also not the CNC, and if refuses to vacate the office, doesn’t that make him a domestic enemy, or traitor or something? What does military law say about fraudulently posing as an officer, would he be subject to that? Congress can’t just wave their hand override the constitution to keep Obama in office (well, not without violating their own oaths)

Is this the same SCOTUS which denies any citizen standing to verify that Obama DOES qualify to be president, or that refuses to hear the legitimate complaint of bondholders (which are backed by legal contracts) against the actions of the executive branch, or that declares that immanent domain may be used to take private property and turn it over to another private entity BECAUSE IT IS *THOUGHT* THAT IT WILL GENERATE MORE TAX REVENUE!?

That’s a plausible sounding argument, but I’m not sure it’s quite correct. Since Barry is presumably an imposter, any federal law enforcement agent could simply arrest him, book him, and let the courts rule on the arrest. And the military take an oath to the constitution, not the POTUS. They can’t claim innocence if they carry out illegal orders from someone they know is an imposter, so the implication is they might have to do something else. Congress may actually have the least role to play, since they can’t legally impeach someone who isn’t actually POTUS! It’s definitely an interesting subject, in this legal fantasy world we now live in.
The weakness of ‘constitutional channels’ is, the federal oligarchs have decidied to not allow any from we the people to have standing to challenge their authority, thus the constitutional contract has been abrogated by one side of the contract and we are now a ruled people, mere taxpayer serfs to the democrat run federal oligarchy making swift end to the old Republic.
Yet. Give it a few years. We're already developing aspects of the political culture of a third world country.
And did we not say here on FR long before the November 2008 election that the SCOTUS must take up the issue of Obuma’s failure to produce a valid Birth certificate and nothing was done about it...Last i recall some suits were filed but nothing ever came of it...
