Interestingly, Jose Canseco had an identical twin -- Ozzie Canseco.

It's not known that Ozzie ever took steroids. But, while Jose spent all or part of 17 seasons in the major leagues and hit 462 HR, Ozzie spent parts of three seasons in the bigs and launched...zero HR.

Evidently, in some regards, they were not "identical"...
