Fish, to animal rights extremists. I believe the idea is if we call them “Sea Kittens” nobody would ever put them on a plate with mashed potatoes and tartar sauce. Mmmm...I'm getting hungry.

If the kitten is properly filleted that shouldn't be a problem. Full grown catfish can be skinned.

I believe the State Constitution retains for the people, the right to fish ocean waters except when it is for species protection.

Could have come from a time when people in Europe were precluded from fishing (such as Ireland) even when they were starving.
