Aug. 28, 2008, on behalf of the DNC, Ma Pelosi certified that Obama was Constitutionally qualified be President.
The legal and factual basis, if any, for her certification re this issue is not known (to the public). Yes, it might be useful to sue the DNC re this issue. They could not be represented by the USAO and the plaintiffs “standing” issue would also be less burdensome. Further, if done is State Court (vs. Fed), discovery could start much more rapidly.
-The fact that Americans must SUE to get this basic information is outrageous.
Additionally, Pelosi’s required and signed certification, in effect, shifts the burden of proof re this question to the DNC. The DNC reportedly advised all respective secs of state that Obama had been completely vetted and deemed Constitutionally qualified to run for and hold the office.
As previously discussed here in FR (w/some sarc) - the fact that Pelosi has sworn that Obama is constitutionally qualified to hold the office - indicates to many - that the EXACT OPPOSITE MUST be true (given Pelosi’s well documented problems with the concept of “truth”).
This is a very important issue and it is NOT going away. Obama is NOT ABOVE THE LAW.
NO NO NO!!! The only way DIMocRATs pay for anything is with our money.
The DNC,the senate majority leader and speaker should also face treson charges as well as Obama. IIRC the constitution mentions the penalty for teason?
If you mean indicted as co-conspirators -- then YES!!!!

YES! Obama/Biden should be thrown out for an illegal ticket. Award the Presidency to the rightful winner- McCain/Palin.
