“Lucifer’s Hammer”
I think ABC (?) is ripping it off with “Meteor” this month.
Or retitling it. I always thought it would make one heck of a movie.
“Meteor” sucked as a movie.
“Lucifer’s Hammer” was written by what I consider to be the best SciFi duo of all time; Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle.
I would really enjoy seeing “Lucifer’s Hammer” made into a movie if they would remain faithful to the book. But that almost never happens.
“Meteor” is to “Lucifer’s Hammer” as Obunghole is to Washington.
9 times out 8 Hollywood ruins a good book when making it into a movie.
