Ummm..., I would say, yes, he does have a legal right to keep it hidden. To say it another way is to say, “There is no legal requirement for him to show it.”

It’s entirely self-evident that there is no legal requirement for Obama to show it — because if there were — all one would have to do is go to a judge, cite the law stating the legal requirement, and it would be ordered to show it...
