To me the first is the best and the most telling. The SOB doesn't even have the common decency and basic respect for the people and country he represents to just show the records and put this all to rest.

Politics. No other president has had to provide proof of citizenship. And having produced his COLB once then if he agrees to provide more information makes it appear that the Birther arguements have merit. Finally, he's won every case to date so why quit?

Obama's health care scheme is irrelevant to his Constitutional qualifications for president. Besides, Obama released the same kind of health information most other candidates release.
