Last meal or not, why did that POS deserve a porter house steak on the taxpayer’s dime?

Given an average population of 200 million people for 33 years the death rate by lethal injection is about .015 persons per 100000. for the population in general it is around 859. Now it would be interesting to know the death rate per 100000 for criminals, subset murderer but I doubt it would be much more significant. I expect more sentenced murders die on death row from natural causes than they do from lethal injection. Point is it really is not a significant number of people, unless you are personally involved of course.

It was cooked in a prison kitchen. I'm sure it wasn't the highest quality.

A savings step ... by giving this puke a last meal of his choice then offing him, the taxpayers no longer have to pay room and board for this devil.

Grover Cleveland, as President, once pulled the lever of the gallows to execute two men.

We should be way beyond the 1000 mark. This POS was able to breathe for almost 17 years after his crime. Ridiculous.

How many murders have there been in the US since 1976?

Meanwhile in Iran they are raping girls so that they can carry out death sentences on young women (to execute virgins is against islamic law).

The presstitutes really need to pick their grievances.

Good riddance. The number 1,000 reminds me, though, of when San Francisco STOPPED counting suicides from jumping off the Golden Gate bridge when the number got up to 996 or so. They did not start releasing the exact count again till they were at 1002, as I recall. WHY? Because they were afraid there would be a RUSH of people, ALL wanting to be suicide #1000! LOL....sad, but true! I never DID hear who the “lucky winner” of number 1,000 really was.

Oh, I thought lethal injection was a part of Obama’s healthcareprogram for seniors.

My BIG question is why the hell did the Ohio taxpayer have to house, feed and medically care for this POS for 17 LONG YEARS? This murderous bastard should have been executed immediately.
