Find the owner? Wait for the cops?
I would have called 911, informed them of the situation, and told them I was smashing a window to save the child. (Yes, I would rest easy in jail for vandalism/destruction of private property/etc. to save a child)
I understand.
BUT, how do they know the child was in there for 30 to 40 minutes?
I can only think that the person who finally did call, knew how long the child was in there, and waited those 30 minutes THEN they called.
I don’t get that.
