i don’t know, i was going to ask soother if he’d heard of cucky as a word. much like my kids, i sometimes don’t know if some words exist in the real world or just in our family ROR! i am sure it derives from the root word ca-ca!

Sure. “Cucky” from “ca-ca” is just ducky.

30Rock has both Alec and Tina - no way I’d give any ratings to either of them. I quit watching 24 this year because of that buffoon, Garafalo

Pretty sure it slipped into her vocabulary after her Princeton experience.

Sounds like you're missing out on a lot of apolaustic possibilities.

Cyber took me on an unexpected apolaustic vacation last week to get me out of the heat. We were up in the mountains northeast of here. I think we’ve found where we are going to retire.

It was anapolaustic when we got home. Hottest day of the year.

I know we’re not the only ones with this heat wave. Feel sorry for SG and Vastie. They’re getting the heat, too, according to the WeatherBug.

Great word, ti!

Does history repeat itself?

Upon converting to islam, the king of the ancient and extremely wealthy Timbuktu, Mansa Musa, went on a somber pilgrimage in 1324 to mecca and bankrupted his country by "spreading the welath" along the way to a degree that Timbuktu never fully recovered, and now we see 0bama doing much the same, although he and his minions are having an apolaustic time doing it this time around.

Life is too short to deny myself pleasure in some quest for ideological purity. It’s the leftists who want to make everything political.

30 Rock is densely packed with witty humor. And Baldwin’s portrayal of the ultimate corporate man, Jack Donaghy, is so perfect that I would vote for the character, the man must know something about acting. The character is everything Baldwin is not, so to be able to convincingly play him is a feat.

Outside of the hotel at our window was an Aspen tree. My favorite tree. Couldn’t grow them in So.Cal. and definitely cannot grow them here.

Just watered the plants this morning before the 115 hits at 3:00 p.m.

Travis, it’s commando day every day here, unless one of us (Cyber) goes to work or I have to get supplies. LOL! Keeps the a/c bill down. Our carbon footprints would get As. LOL!
