In Islam it is OK to lie and steal from infidels. The entire mindset is one of deception and lies and theft. I had a friend who "hired" his boss, a Jordanian to run his fledgling company. Of course, as soon as the "CEO" got access to the bank accounts he cleaned them out and fled the country.

What many people don't realize is that the typical US ethic, hard work, a man's word is his bond, etc. is utterly alien to these people. Putting it in writing doesn't help. Shun these people. Do not do business with them (unless you are one ruthless son of a b!tch, they understand that).
