I don't care if the judge is a believer or birther. I just want the judge to follow the rule of law as found in the Constitution and then let the chips fall where they may. obama has some ‘spaining to do and, at this point, I think Biden would be a better President than obama.

I will restrain myself from saying that he couldn’t be any worse only because of all the people who told me that nobody could be any worse than Bush. My motto now is that you can always do worse.

I would bet though that Biden WOULD be better but as we say down South, “That ain’t sayin’ much”.
