Seems United Airlines damaged a musician's guitar(s), and the musician spent a frustrating year seeking compensation. After a year of "No" from United, he posted a very funny, well produced music video.
That’s great.
Love it. Of course I do not know the facts just what is presented here, maybe true maybe not. In one week nearly 3 million folks have seen this video. All because United refused (allegedly) to take responsibility at a rather modest cost relative to damage done by this vid. Ah, the internet.
Never heard of him but he is good!
You break it, you fix it. Step up to the plate United
Funny song and video. Definitely a slick production job all around.
this is a follow up to the song and a bit about Ms. Irlweg

I agree.
Wow.
Hoping people will start taking video of these guys tossing around luggage and dropping pet carriers and such and then post it on YouTube. Don’t these thugs have a supervisor to answer to? Does the supervisor ever oversee these idiots doing their job?
United takes responsibility once the bad PR starts to heat up. Nice of them. Maybe the next time a plane is three hours late, people should take a group poop on the CEOs lawn, and every time thereafter, with cameras rolling.
