Gary Kreep, US Justice Foundation, asks why, in 2005, was a law firm with ties to Mr. Obama researching the question as to how to evade the requirements of Article II of the United States Constitution, regarding the requirements to serve as President. 2005? Three years before the Presidential campaign? More than likely many Dems knew of B.O.'s ineligibility. Perhaps they decided to simply ram him through the process and hope that no one had the guts to register a challenge.

The research was published in the Chicago Kent Law Review and was placed on the scribd.com web site in February of this year. Check out the tags assigned to the article:
