This kind of crap is a perfect example of why you should always have a cell phone or some other tech tool capable of recording. Obviously, not available at the time to prevent this. Shame.

In my side ventures in photo/video when working with models (esp. minors and always a parent present) I have my camcorder running, usually on wide view for my protection. I haven't run into any problems with anyone. My main rule is 100% hands off. Besides I am not a touchy-feely type.

I can't imagine what that guy has been through. All those years away, someone needs to be called to account for this travesty.
