Yeah, around here they seem to be mostly indifferent. Oh, they’ll come over and look at you (probably ‘cause they’re hungry), but then they’ll wander off and graze. Alpacas seem a little friendlier, but you don’t raise these guys to be friendly with ‘em. I like to think it’s because they’re delicious.

Oh yes they do, Lucy, if they are handled right from birth. One must always remember they are large animals. They are gentle creatures, at least the ones we had were.
