Ok, when I was visiting Seattle not too long ago, a "homeless woman" came up to my husband and I as we were leaving a restaurant. She asked for money to buy bread to go with her peanut butter in her car. In downtown Seattle it is not cheap to park, number one. Number two, she was dressed better than I was and her makeup was put on better than mine. Lol

I just told her that I didn't carry cash. I was a little dumbfounded. I had never come across a panhandler that looked like she did. Is the west coast different in this respect? :-)
