But it’s his Stepdaughter. The same thing, and by same thing I mean, sort of similar, happened in Alicia Silverstone’s “Clueless” and nobody batted an eye.

Maybe people didn’t get creeped out because, in that movie, he was technically not her stepbrother anymore. Her dad and his mother were married for a very short time, and she was harrassing him for continuing to visit her father. They made a point to mention the relationship a oouple of times in the movie, because, back then, it would have probably would have made enough people go “ewwww” to affect the box office or video sales. (Confession—I just caught the last half of this on cable a few weeks ago.)

Now, they probably would have them be brother and sister having a steamy affair, with graphic detail, and Hollywood would applaud and throw all sorts of accolades on it.

This thing with Morgan Freeman is just icky. My esteem for him just went down quite a few notches. Bleeech.

he raised her... blood doesn't matter here... it's as creepy as Woody Allen... Soon Yi isn't his blood relative, but it's still disgusting... the Clueless thing--they were about the same age... and it didn't seem like he lived with Cher's family for all that long... didn't his mother marry often? it simply wasn't as creepy...
