This is THEE root cause of the problem. At least as far as I remember growing up. In the segregated system of the past, there used to be nothing but black teachers teaching black students. And let me tell you, they did not TOLERATE discipline problems for one moment! You'd get whacked in a second. And if you kept acting up, they could always call the Black Male Principal -- that was like calling God/Dad down on you. It fell apart when the Racist Leftists moved good black teachers out of the black schools and sent in unprepared liberal white teachers who "pitied" the children.

Hate is a terrible thing. And it is used as a weapon by the ones who seek power to destroy their opposition. As a populace they are nothing more than useful idiots, bring them out every 2 years to vote for their corrupt elected official and in return they get free cheese and extra cops on the street to protect them from themselves.

We’ll see how long this stays up before it gets pulled. This needs to be filed under the “Hard Truths” department. Sadly, there is much here that I have personally experienced.
My first thought as well when I read that section. The “Troops to Teachers” program would put an end to this problem quickly if they could deliver as many former NCO’s into these schools as possible, especially DI’s with a Parris Island or Fort Benning background.

Unbeleivable yet you can see the results that you know what he is saying is MOSTLY true at least.
Not universally true...but then what is when dealing with human behavior but true enough to be valid.

I think this came in earlier. It needs to be zotted, considering that it mixes blatant racism “Blacks have no romance - the only thing that brings them together is sex” for one example.
I’ve worked alot with black kids in some of the rougher sections in Orlando, yeah there are alot of problems but they have potential and good qualities just like everybody else. They are more problematic than than white kids from good homes, but not worse than white trailer trash kids either.
Seems like this guy either was a racist all along or let bad experiences get to him too much.
I think the best thing would be what an above poster suggested, and encourage ‘Troops to Teachers’ in problem schools.
Maybe school boards should give teachers at certain schools hazard pay and specially recruit teachers suited for those positions.
Sadder and more brutal when you start thinking through the implications. These kids are victims, the villain in the picture is the dem party which produces the milieu they live in. I mean, on top of everything else, you have to consider that on the day conservatives and pubbies took their marbles and went home, i.e. if the US were to split up as Russia expects it to, then these groups of people whose only salable skill is voting would become expendable and I'd halfway anticipate the dems to be looking for ways to liquidate them.
The guy is clearly not describing all American blacks, just the seventy percent or whatever it is who are living the way democrats intend them to live. There are large numbers of blacks living perfectly normal lives in America.

Parts of it are horribly true but it also teeters on racism at times.
The statement ‘blacks have no romance, the only thing that brings them together is sex’ is a terribly bigoted statement because it is certainly not true for all African-American people.
On the other hand, the black rap culture -— encouraged and rewarded by welathy white people -— says exactly that.
