Your absolute best chance of *government action* on this situation and getting *actual results* for the birth certificate issue — is for the voters of the various states to enact laws (through their state legislators) requiring specific documentation in order for a candidate to be placed on the ballot of the state and/or (in the case of Presidential candidates) to get Electoral College votes.
There are three states that I know of which have acted on that methodology. One that I’m familiar with (in Oklahoma) failed in this legislative session, but we’ve got more sessions coming up where it can be put forth again.
I don’t know about the situation in those other two states that I heard about (Arizona and Missouri). I would suggest *this* as a course of action that *will work* if people get this through their own state legislatures.
I think both Hawaii and America cares about the truth, the majority just don’t care about this issue.

His approval rating is sinking, but I really don’t think it’s because of this.
I've given up hope that this will happen...but...I think there are Saul Alinsky reasons to keep up the pressure.
1) The birth certificate can be a source of ridicule. Rush's “God and Obama” jokes were very funny.
2) It delegitimizes Obama.
3) It is a hobby for those attorneys who are bringing suits, and cost them very little and is a excellent publicity for their practices that is **free**. It costs Obama a TON of money to defend himself. It is a distraction for Obama.
4) Finally, Saul Alinsky taught that we should do what we like. Obama’s birth certificate can be, and is, a endless fountain of goodtime fun for conservatives. For instance, I **loved** that e-bay sale. Farrah's billboards are great! :-)
5) Conservatives are very capable of doing more than one thing at a time. The birth certificate issue isn't going distract conservatives from the bigger picture.

Good luck proving he is or isn’t. Even if a birth certificate did show up, the people that don’t want to believe it still won’t.

Yep, and Obama has signed statements saying that he is qualified per the law. Also so has the DNC. The various Secretaries of States have received signed statements to that effect.
Now, I would say, it is up to those who say his statements are false to prove that they are false. That’s the way our legal system works — and that’s precisely why I’ve said that there is a “loophole” in the law, in that all one has to do is sign a statement to that effect, saying that they are qualified under the law.
The problem is the loophole that exists. I say, “close the loophole”...
I’m watching, but I’m sure not going to hold my breath.

obamas ratings are sinking thats a fact, Obama needs to raise the public’s view of him in a hurry, what would Obama (WWOD)do right now to get him better ratings? you can only drug people so much, too much and they lose consciousness. obama needs the “suppressed black sympathy” vote to get him in a favorable image again.
I can imagine he has an interview with Katy Couric and he relives the years in a Honolulu school and the kids poking fun at him not for being white but being both a ha-ole and black. The taunts of “kill the ha-ole day” still haunt him to this day.
I am looking even at this minute of an elevated news presence of illuminating blacks as the oppressed, they are victims of white supremacy, attacked by police, kicked out of swimming pools etc.

Even the Obama camp admits that Obama had dual citizenship up until 1982. 1982 is when British/Kenyan colony citizenship expired if one didn’t take the oath for Kenya or renounce USA citizenship. QUESTION? Where did Obama get that Kenyan citizenship? Was it because he was actually born there? We know that his father was a Kenyan.
