Political rivals in Honduras accept mediation
what caught my eye
In Washington, the State Department said the U.S. has suspended military assistance programs estimated at $16.5 million and a few development assistance programs estimated at $1.9 million, all aimed at the Honduran government.

It sounds like Fidel and Hugo have got a good grip on Obama’s ‘nads. The Marxists have crossed the Rubicon. They must all now stick together.
In other news the OAS recognizes Cuba.
At least he is consistant: on the wrong side.
Let me get this straight....
In Iran (Muslim), the elections are obviously rigged, the reigning “president” end-runs around Iranian law/constitution (with the blessings of the Mullahs, of course), huge crowds protest, many people beaten and even killed, all because they are trying to stand up for the “rule of law”. After a long bit of crickets chirping, 0bama finally says little more than Iran must decide her own course... and that we must not “meddle in Iran’s internal affairs”... “we must respect the rule of law”
In Honduras, the president tries to end-run around their constitution, their military fulfills their duty (to protect their laws and constitution - hey US military - you paying attention here???) by arresting this outlaw president (who happens to be a Marxist just like Chavez, Castro and 0bama), and exiles him.
And 0bama’s much quicker response - the military in Honduras overstepped its bounds and he now cuts off funding to their military. Not that I agree with us necessarily funding another country’s military... But 0bama has clearly taken sides in the Honduras situation, and is siding with the law-breaking/constitution breaking/Marxist exile over the laws of that nation... thus 0bama is NOT respecting the same kind of “rule of law” he used as an excuse NOT to interfere in Iran...
And as we sit idle by and watch our own Marxist-In-Chief trample our Constitution and the “rule of law”, our own military doesn’t have the guts to fulfill their sworn duty...
Sorry, but I am in full rant-mode.
Maybe Panama and a few other more stable countries can counter this with monetary aid for Honduras. It is not in their interest to have more Chavez types.
There's always room for more ranting when it comes to the screw-ups, narcissism, treason, betrayal & outright stupidity of 0boooooooombashiite!!! Rant away!!!
why is fraud now confused with legality, and why is the constitution only a decoration nowdays?
BTW nicaragua has denied permission to fly in their air space to the Micheletti administration delegation. Maybe there will be no mediation.
Will the "international community" condemn his pettiness? Or is he hoping to have recourse to shoot down Micheletti's aircraft?
Maybe best to hold elections as soon as possible, before sanctions start to hurt. Then, once new President is elected, Venezuela, the U.S., and other nations will be seen for the globalist, socialist, leftist bullies that they are if they don't relent with this nonsense.
the idea has been proposed, but it will need serious work because election date is determined by constitutional articles. Also you will need the consent of all parties. UD party (leftists BTW) will try to boycott any atempt. Our conservative candidate agrees with the idea.
you have a good spanish
Por tanto, buenos gracias para Apoyo!
i 30 min i’ll be posting something new. Zelaya is not willing to negotiate.
Ooo! I might stay up to see that!

Sorry, I was reading that other site ElHeraldo “minuto a minuto de los acontecimientos políticos en Honduras.”
What a picture of the two of them! Just the body language of Mel seemed to say “You’re in my chair!”
And apparently Mel has said he does not want to negotiation but rather plan Micheletti’s exit from the Presidency.
