because the law that was signed is being put up for referendum in Nov. inplemtation of it is suspended until after elections and it can be voted on. So right now they can't “marry” here until the voice of the people is heard.

Exactly right. But by listening to the Marxist Stream Media you would think so. They keep harping that same-sex "marriage" is now legal in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire, while none of this is true as of yet.
