What happened with the New Jersey judge that said this was “Serious”. I think it was Judge Joel Schneider?
Didn’t he give Obama a deadline of June 29th? So has anything happened? Are we waiting for him to rule again?
Or maybe it was this case and I have the cases confused?
Is this the Mario Apuzzo case in S. NJ? It looked like the judge at least letting the case get further than others.
He didn't order Obama to do anything. He gave the defense, that's Obama, until the 29th to respond to the plaintiff. The defense responded, as they have in all of these cases, by filing a motion to dismiss. Now the plaintiffs have requested until August 20th to respond.
