Are these scams Mail Fraud or something else? And does publishing a forged official document on the Internet for political benefit and fund raising also meet the threshold of Mail Fraud (and FEC violations too)?

What I've been saying all along is that, in addition to document fraud, there is Internet fraud, campaign finance fraud, and voter fraud.

I'm talking about the intentional creation of a fraudulent image, that was posted on a Presidential candidate's website, that was shown from coast-to-coast and state-to-state, to solicit campaign contributions from individuals and groups across the nation, to not only influence these donors to contribute, but but also to guarantee that their monies would be used to support a legitimate candidate for President.

The document fraud comes from creating and proffering a false identification document that violates both federal and Hawaiian forgery laws.

The campaign finance fraud comes from using the contributions engendered by the image to pay for legal fees to fight the release of an actual, original birth certificate.

The Internet fraud comes from using a document fraud to solicit campaign contributions and to deceive the public that the monies were going to a candidate qualified to be President.

Finally, the voter fraud comes from using the image to deceive the voters into believing that their votes were going to an eligible candidate who was born on US Soil in Hawaii, but who was actually born in another state or in another country.

Now, I have not even said a single word about CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD which carries with it the same penalties for creating the fraudulent document itself. NOTE: I'm using the legal definition of "Conspiracy" here and not the colloquial definition.

I've printed off the image of the Arizona Secretary of State's candidacy form, signed by BO, in which he affirms "I am a natural-born citizen." The AZ candidacy form is one of the few (or only?) in the Union which states the Constitutional requirement explicitly.

I keep hoping that one of these suits will strike oil. Since Alan Keyes is involved, it would be hard to say that the plaintiff has no “standing.”

And if the judge requires Obama to cough up a birth certificate in response to the discovery motion, and Obama fails to do so by the deadline, it’s hard to see how the press can simply ignore it.

Thanks Ron......that simplifies things, hopefully, for all who are chasing shadows in a fabricated painting of a presidential candidate's eligibility.

Fraud is a method for those seeking rewards and enlists, knowingly or unknowingly, co conspirators to achieve those rewards: A wicked web of deceit....in which half the population is captured. (Well, maybe a little more than half, if you count the dead and the cartoon characters).

Previously, I mentioned facts. Facts are not apparent or even believable on Obama's side but are argumentative to the point of stalemate. But we're not playing a game and there can be no stalemate in this. Stalemate means we lose.

Did you see the dumb article by WND?  They really go into the minutia of detail about a letter the Barry sent to a hospital in Hawaii.

 

The really dumb part is they show us a screen shot of the source code of the letter and expect than many of us can't read it.

 

They are claiming to not see a White House or Presidential Seal, in the code.

 

I don't know but it looks there is a picture of something called the White House.  I am starting to not read anything WND has to say regarding this as most of the deep studied and authentic information is coming from FR anyway. (I still like reading their other articles but they are losing my interest on this).

You already know what I think about Farah for disregarding the forgery facts, but what's interesting about Joe Kovacs comments in the article you reference is this statement:

I wrote Kovacs a letter, telling him that what he said sounds a lot like what I said about the bogus, Certification of Live Birth:

I also told him that in Chelsea Schilling's article today about the scrubbing of Fight The Smears, ("Obama 'smear' site vanishes from Web"), in which she referenced Beckwith's "The Obama File," she acknowledged in her first sentence that the COLB was suspect:

A website aimed at combating so-called Internet "smears" about President Obama has disappeared from the Internet – including an alleged certification of live birth posted during his campaign – and archives for the website have been thoroughly scrubbed.

That's the closest anyone on WND has come to doubting the COLB since they ran my video as a featured article last December.

I wonder what Farah is going to do when he learns that the COLB is bogus, wioll he claim that he knew it all along?

Knowing Farah, I would notdoubt that in the least. He's totally monopolized the birth certificate issue

OH, and did you notice that Andy Martin is back in the WND "news?" He wants Hawaii's Supreme Court to look into the hospital switcheroo. The guy cannot stand to be out of the limelight.

A Chicago activist who has asked Hawaii courts to unseal Barack Obama's birth certificate now is urging the state's Supreme Court to take action following a WND report documenting conflicting reports on the president's birth location.

"This court should take decisive action before the court itself becomes a part of a questionable pattern of behavior concerning a document that is obviously relevant to American history," said a pleading posted on Andy Martin's website for submission to the state Supreme Court.

Martin previously asked the Intermediate Court of Appeals in Hawaii to order the release of the president's original birth certificate, explaining that state officials waived their ability to claim privacy or secrecy by previously commenting on the document.

His request came in a lawsuit against Gov. Linda Lingle and others that seeks an order making the document available to the public.

Martin, who writes on the ContrarianCommentary.blogpost.com page, filed his lawsuit Oct. 17, 2008, seeking a declaratory judgment to obtain access to the 1961 birth certificate of Barack Obama, who then was a candidate for president.

He said his goal is "access to an indisputable archival, historical record of the American presidency."

Yeah, right. Another missed opportunity.

I harken back to an earlier suggestion that defines an opening gambit, namely, making the media pay for choosing sides, for tampering with the election process, for loading the dice of decision-making, for misleading the country with benevolent coverage of Obama and Biden and malevolent coverage of McCain and Palin — especially Palin and her family. The gloves are off now and they have made themselves fair game.

They may be the State-run media, and they, too, may have it in their heads that they are beyond reproach, that they can say and do anything they please because they have the power of the White House behind them.

That power needs to be pried away to make them see just how vulnerable they really are when not only public opinion goes against them, but also public action.

Remember, we want to make THEM the top story, forcing them to cover themselves for what they are doing to the country.

The Statists, the disciples of Saul Alinsky, the students of Cloward-Piven, are all tied up in a wide-area network.

They are bloating the bureaucracy and intentionally overloading the network of social services in an effort to break it and bring it down.

But, theirs is a network also, and every network has the same weaknesses as every other that can be exploited and overloaded as well.
