obama isn’t paying- no one has investigated whose deep pockets are paying the legal fees. The obama’s havent paid for much of anything since he entered politics and was annointed to be the 2d black president.
His birth certificate would be the one reissued by state of Hawaii after he was adopted by Lolo Soetero so he could become an Indonesian citizen and attend school there. Adopted kids get a new birth certificate.
There is no evidence he ever took steps to reclaim his American citizenship or legally change his name to “Barack Obama”. Quite a messy embaraassment.<
Many of his legal fees were paid for (about 600K at least) through his campaign fund. If not more. It is in his financial reports.
The issue of a child losing citizenship is really not valid.
According to US law, no child that is born an American citizen can lose his citizenship through the actions of parents.
The real issue is that his father was a Kenyan. That makes him a citizen at best no matter where he was born.
If the senate had only put him through the same process and held him to the same standards that they did John McCain then we wouldn't have this problem to worry about.
Obama himself never claimed that he was a "Natural Born Citizen" even on his web site for propaganda "fight the smears"
he said simply that he was "native born" Not a lie technically if he was in fact born in Hawaii. But it still does not make him eligible to be president.
Now that people have caught on to his nonsense of playing word games his web site is gone. But I did manage to take these snapshots of the web page before they were scrubbed.
