This human shrub is going to be arrested by the police for violating some law. Don’t know which one. It doesn’t matter. What matters is governments hate it when some volunteer steps in to do the work formerly done by some government employee, when the government is trying to punish the people into raising taxes by cutting services.

If volunteers step in to fill the void, it would show you don’t really need the government “running” things. Sure the government is incompetent and overpriced, but they hate competition and are experts at protecting their own jobs.

There was [and perhaps still is] news about Guerrilla Gardeners who are on a mission to transform every depleted flowerbed, abandoned roundabout and ­derelict roadside into a blooming marvel and the police at the behest of the councils want them to stop. Insane.
