How much were the kids with him? Were they there during all these horrible times of drug/prescription abuse - alleged stomach pumpings, etc.? Or were they mostly with the nanny and he just provided them with all the material things?

That little child has no idea how a father is supposed to act.

What love from a parent really means.

Once again she has been exploited by the Jackson family.

I thought it was so touching. My brother died 5 yrs ago and left behind 4 little kids.

They each put something special for their daddy in the casket... it totally broke my heart. One, a letter, one put in his favorite CD, one put in a bag of peanut butter cups (his favorite) and one put in a picture of herself in a frame she made.

I do feel for the kids and I think her few words were from her heart.

Speaking from a personal level, daughters don’t always love their fathers. I wish it were true.

-- The rest of the afternoon was a disturbing farce. --

I thought the Sharpton and Sheila-Jackson Lee parts were a farce, but most of the people participating were friends (Brooke Shields), co-workers, or family. Those people close to him are certainly feeling a loss, and my heartfelt sympathy goes out to them.

I wonder how durable his fandom will be, compared with Elvis and Princess Di. I think not so much, not even as much as John Lennon.

I agree.....she seemed like an ACTRESS, especially at the very end.

I pray the children will be protected from Joe Jackson. Katherine doesn’t seem to have the stomach for it—he is hanging onto her like a fly on honey. Hopefully Debbie Rowe, Diana Ross, Janet or Latoya or somebody can step in and prevent another generation of Joe’s abuse.

And Mussolini was a good family man. I mean come on. The three hour escapade, dragging his ‘children’ ( do they even have any genetic link? -—no? then did he adopt them?)

This is so MJ —— bizzarre, weird, and nuts to the very end

Of course Al “I have a scheme” Sharpton and Sheila Jackson Lee were there to represent all pondscum politicians who could not be in attendance.

I don’t agree that Michael Jackson exploited the children publicly. The few times they were seen in public they were shrouded from view. The family seems to be pushing it, which is odd considering Jackson had gone to extreme lengths to keep them out of the public eye.

I do agree the girl was probably coached, but she might have also wanted to express herself. I’m glad she had the opportunity.

I don’t think you are wrong, I think you are a heartless simp. Jeez, can’t a little girl cry over the loss of her dad?

That was depraved. Who has chldren and can even IMAGINE doing that with an infant????

Photos that have emerged since the death circus show daughter Paris seemed more affectionate with MJ than the boys, never have seen the older son with a smile on his face, only sad eyes. Maybe because father dearest preferred boys in his bed with milk and cookies.

How am I heartless for suggesting a child be kept out of the limelight while she processes the passing of her father?
