New Frivolous Ethics Complaint Filed Against Governor Palin By Tim Lindell
Anti-Palin blogger Geoffrey Dunn at the Huffington Post:
In the wake of Governor Palin stepping down from her job, new allegations have surfaced today in Alaska charging Palin with additional violations of the Alaska Executive Ethics Act.
Zane Henning -- a conservative government watchdog from the governor's hometown of Wasilla and an oilfield worker on Alaska's North Slope -- asserts in a letter to Alaska Attorney General Daniel S. Sullivan that Palin has "been charging and pocketing per diem to live in her home and has used the process for a personal gain since being elected."
Please note that, true to form, Henning published his frivolous complaint in a press release, violating the confidentiality provisions of the Executive Ethics Act.

Ann Coulter said that exact same thing on Hannity tonight.
It ain’t “stooping”, it FIGHTING!
BRAVO !!
I bet they filed this phony complaint to try and make it look like the final “scandal” that broke the camel’s back. Totally bogus and contrived.
Check out John Zigler’s web site
Did the DVD “Media Malpractice” exposing what the media
did to Gov. Palin and how Obama won.
Check out the rerun of Zigler’s program Today.
Went point by point why she resigned
He also had on Meg Stapleton, Sarah’s spokesperson.
Zigler was also on Bill O’Reilly tonight
You know if I were a taxpayers of Alaska I’d be ready to beat these creatins to a pulp for wasting the taxpayers money like they have! There are many other things that millions could’ve been spent on instead of this stuff.
I guess tha Henning family business is going to take a hit with the Guv leaving, so why not get in a little parting shot, right? These people are lunatics.
On another note, Palin's spokesperson Meg Stapleton was on John Ziegler's radio show today and gave lots of good background to Palin's decision. One thing she said that stood out, "This isn't the end; it's just the first chapter."
Here's the audio link to the 12-minute segment.:
Thank you for proving her point lunatics!
Great post and connecting the dots with this
cast of characters.
Actually, she has hired a lawyer who has vowed to sue anyone who files a frivolous lawsuit against her. Or so I read in some of the Palin stuff when she resigned.
He's on a roll, but he's got a lot to work with -- an honest client and a bunch of wackjob ankle-biters and smear merchants.
Because they haven't filed a lawsuit against her--just ethic charges...and I use the term "just" loosly.

Self-righteous m0r0ns.
Simple. Start suing the bastards for defamation of character.
I thought her lawyer threatened to sue any media that printed a false story that she was being investigated by the Feds for fraud?

Palin PING!
Anyone on or off the Palin ping, write me.
I thought O’Reilly was rude and demeaning to Zeigler tonight and then he bent over for what Rove had to say.
You didn't expect anything different from BOR... BTW has he, as promised propagated and donated to Sarah's legal fund? Didn't hear a peep.
