And yet, you can’t bring forward even one such person, having a Hawaii COLB stating Hawaii as birthplace, but really being born elsewhere, to substantiate your claim. Those Obots must really be efficient! They’ve brought everyone into the Conspiracy!

An amended birth certificate will be prepared upon receipt of a certified copy of a final adoption decree or an abstract of the decree, and after payment of any fees.
For a person born in the State of Hawaii who already has a birth certificate filed with the Department of Health and has undergone a sex change operation:
An amended birth certificate will be prepared upon receipt of an affidavit of a physician that the physician has examined the individual and determined that the individual has had a sex change operation and the sex designation on the individual’s birth certificate is no longer correct, subject to further investigation and submission of additional information if deemed necessary, and payment of fees
I've included the information about the sex change because it's germane. A citizen of HI, who's undergone a sex change will have a Certification of Live Birth document that shows their "new" gender identity. But, their original "vault copy" or long form Certificate of Live Birth (notice it's Certificate and not Certification), will show their original or should I say, their real gender.
The laser-printed, Certification of Live Birth, which is the kind presented by Obama to "prove" his citizenship, will only show the amended information, not the original information.
When filing for Hawaiian's Homestead Exemption (which is only available to native islander's), one must include an original, vault copy Birth Certificate for this very reason. The indigenous islanders want to make sure that people with amended Birth Certificate's are not getting a privilege that their birth doesn't entitle them to.
Finally, let's table the birth question for a moment. Why hasn't Obama provided any of the other historical records that have been commonly released by other Presidential candidates. As mentioned in other posts, these would be things like college transcripts, admission forms, financial aid forms and the like. And, why hasn't the media pressured Obama or just questioned Obama his lack of candor and transparency with respect to these documents? If their curious about GWB's, why aren't they curious about Barack Obama's. I'm not a conspiracy nut. In fact, I'm incredibly skeptical of all conspiracies. But, when 90%+ journalist admit in surveys that they're Democrats, I get nervous when they lose their curiosity about Democrat candidates.
