Well, as far as I can see, WorldNetDaily, as a news outlet, has a lot more credibility than all the posters here, combined. Now, you may wonder why I say that... and I would say that it’s because they’ve also got Jerome Corsi writing for WorldNetDaily and he’s got quite a few conservative causes under his belt, that he’s written about over the years. And many credit Corsi with single-handedly sinking Kerry.
In addition, I can’t see a problem with the kinds of things that WorldNetDaily reports about — as compared to what is posted here on Free Republic.
If one were to think that WorldNetDaily was damaging the credibility of this issue (about Obama’s birth certificate) then I would say on *that basis* that one would have to conclude that the posters who post about that very same issue here on Free Republic were damaging their own credibility about ten times over (compared to WND).
Now, I’m saying that if you use the *same basis* for comparing what one says (i.e., WorldNetDaily) versus what the other says (i.e., the various posters’ comments on that same issue...).
There’s no comparison — in that WorldNetDaily is *a whole lot more reliable* in its reporting than anything else that I’ve seen (as a “unit whole”, as compared to the “unit whole” of the posters here...).

Well, that’s not a rule that some posters here on Free Republic follow, regarding this particular issue (again *as compared to* the reporting of WorldNetDaily on the same issue).
