Question, since I am new to Twitter nation, now that she will no longer be Governor, can she change her twitter name, because right now its AKGovSarahPalin, since she won’t be Governor anymore, she can’t use that name...

Once she has been a governor, she can always be referred to as "Governor."

Unless, like our former Governor Bush, she gets some other title that supersedes that one. ;-)
