From what I have read “both” the mother and father have to be US citizens and the mother did not qualify under the laws of Hawaii anyway.
The Hawaii birth is bogus. He was born in Kenya or God know’s where. What I mean is, and this is the challenge I don’t have an answer for is: if he was born in Kenya to a woman who was an American citizen, does that make him an American citizen eligible to run for President? Because we know for a fact his father is a Kenyan, and apparently no ones thinks having a Kenyan father disqualifies him.
