having witnesses who lived next to the stated address who deny that a white woman gave birth to a black child in 1961 is pretty powerful, IMO. The “physical evidence” is being deliberately hidden or has been destroyed because of it’s incrimination. Therefore.... actual evidence of people who were there has to be considered important.

This is and has been the problem on so many details of the BC ordeal at best we guess.

Jeez Looweez, the WND story is more than 6 months old. If you read Baro’s affidavit it is in the form of “my two investigators told me that Mrs. Arakaki told them” - hence, it’s double-hearsay and even more worthless legally than ordinary hearsay. Why didn’t Baro’s two ace investigators get an affidavit from Mrs. Arakaki? Why didn’t one take a video while the other did the interview? The rest of Baro’s affidavit is irrelevant verbiage. If Farah paid Baro a nickle for the affidavit, he paid too much.
