You can make that argument as a few in this thread have. But the laws on the books draw no distinctions between genders; ALL offenders should be treated equally under the law until which time the laws are changed.

Oh, I know the law. I was more referring to the society double standard.

Interestingly, the OLD law on statutory rape only applied to men. Obviously it had to be changed for constitutional reasons, but this double standard goes back years and years.
