NEWPORT BEACH A female high school athletic trainer pleaded guilty today to having an unlawful sexual relationship for one year with a male high school student.
Hope Ashley Jacoby, 24, San Juan Capistrano, faces three years' probation including 30 days' Caltrans service at her sentencing July 29 before Superior Court Commissioner Greg Jones.
She pleaded guilty to seven felony counts involving sexual contact with a minor.
Jacoby admitted that she had an unlawful sexual relationship in 2008 with a male student she met while working as an athletic trainer at Tustin High School.

Bingo! Post of the day. How many posters here ask to see a pic before proclaiming guilt or innocence?
And here my 17 year old son sits on the registry for 15 ()#*&% YEARS because he mooned someone at age 14. It enrages me to no end to see people declare a **Teacher** not guilty when she obviously did what she was accused of. Treat female offenders the same way or else give the men the same breaks they give women. The law should be the law, not change because she’s ‘hot’ or men wish they’d had a teacher to have sex with or just because she’s female.

It's this kind of BS that makes a mockery of the sex offender registry, placing teenage mooners, streakers, and public urinators on the list next to violent rapists and child molesters.
