At this house, the roof aerial has been gone for four years or so, but had not been in use for about two decades (at least) before that, because I had cable for about ten years, and then analog broadcast signals using rabbit years and whatever. I'm in the city of Grand Rapids, and do not receive digital channels 8 (NBC, there should be three of them), digital channels 13 (ABC, should be two of them), both of which are local, or digital channels 3 (should be two of them) which is broadcast out of Kalamazoo. I get 17 (Fox, one channel?) very strong, and 35 (PBS, four channels) usually pretty well.
Prior to the digital-only changeover, I used to get digital 8 usually, sometimes blocky, and digital 13 intermittently. The local broadcasters seem to be committing suicide around here. Gotta be Obama's fault.
