I think she had too far many lines in the original movie. She should have just shut up and looked cute.

Beauty is only skin deep, stupid goes all the way to the bone.

In time the beauty will fade, but the stupid will always be there.

Megan Fox has three things going for her

-—She’s naturally sexy

Cage won the Oscar in 1996, which was the same year “The Rock” was released. The award was given on March 25th, while The Rock was released on June 7th. Unless Bay conceived and produced the entire film after the Oscars, it’s a pretty safe bet Cage was cast long before he won anything (possibly before Leaving Las Vegas was even released). Aside from that, there’s a distinct takeoff in Cage’s career after Bay cast him. It may not be because of it, but the types of roles (Con Air, Face/Off) certainly look a lot like The Rock and nothing like Leaving Las Vegas.

Ben Affleck won an Oscar for writing, not for acting. After Armageddon he got more prominent roles in bigger films, and again the role was not the type of role he played in Good Will Hunting.

Will Smith had no acting career to speak of prior to “Bad Boys.” After Bad Boys, his acting career took off. This isn’t even debatable. Martin Lawrence’s bigger roles also came after Bad Boys, but he’s not really a good example.

All the same, none of them were plucked from obscurity.

Even if Affleck’s Oscar is for writing, everyone knew about him and Matt Damon. He was a star because of Good Will Hunting and not Armageddon.

Nocholas Cage has drifted through all types of genres, prior to Leaving Las Vegas and The Rock he was in primarily comedies. Since he has maintained a pretty good variety of all of them.

Bad Boys was Will Smith’s break into movies, but he had been on TV for 5 years before that.

In any case none of these are the equivalent of say Coppola casting Pacino in The Godfather. Doing time on a Bay movie was a step for them, but not exactly what put any of them on the map with the exception of Miss Fox.

Scarlett was probably just looking to get laid. She is/was a huge supporter of 0.

MB must like ‘sheilas’. Rachael Taylor was in the first ‘Transformers’.

OS - I didn’t know this, but Odette Yustman was in Transformers as well.

"she has less acting talent than the average pornstar."

Lol. There was a part in the movie you would think she was about to be a porn star.

I can’t believe a thread about Michael Bay is up and no one has posted anything from the “Team America” song “I Love You More Than Pearl Harbor Sucked”.
