I heard her years ago when some idiot like Katie Courik praised her character, SJP said “She’s a mess”. Just because you’re in a show doesn’t mean your character is a hero, although I always thought other characters on the show were far worse sluts. They were all kooky democrats quite obviously.

I will say that the characters on Seinfeld were rotten. They did rotten things out of self-serving motivation. It was played for laughs. And the characters got their comeuppance in the final episode.
