If I were an owner of a Macbook Pro, I wouldn’t have that option even. THAT’S what bothers me.

I don't understand that. I have a MacBook Pro in my lap now, and the battery comes out if I open the bottom. Are they impossible to buy?

Sorry I should have clarified, but I am referring to this “new” proprietary non-removable battery in an as of yet unreleased new Macbook Pro.
