Dead on target. I have made the comparison as well. Mac owners belong to a cult and they defend their beliefs with a religious fervor. They sound more like DUers than Conservatives.

No apology necessary, every time they attack it reinforces the original premise...thus making the point even more obvious. I've also noticed they lack any sense of humor when it comes to comments about Macs.
